Service Support Plans

We offer 3 support plans. Standard support is included for free with all services deployed.

Premium or Enterprise plans are recommended for important workloads where you need a garanteed response time, longer backup retention and priority support through multiple support channels.

It's possible to change the support plan once per month. Support plans are billed per hour like all other services.
