Termination protection & grace period

From your service dashboard you can enable or disable the "Termination protection" option, it's not activated by default.

When you activate it, it's not possible anymore to change the software version, delete, shutdown, power off, reset or reboot the service. To do those actions you will have to disable the termination protection temporarly.

 

Before deleting a service, we ask the user to confirm, and also by default we will do a last backup before deleting the service and keep the backups for 7 days after the deletion. This way you can easily restore a deleted service while in the grace period.
